Activate the Addon

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Xabia > Addons and verify that the "Xabia WooCommerce Addon" module is installed and marked as active.

Sync your catalog

Open your Agent settings, select "WooCommerce" as your knowledge data source, and run the initial synchronization process.

Exclusion Control

Remember to check the Agent Appearance tab to keep the auto-exclusion box active on the Cart and Checkout pages.
